We cannot be held liable if your order does not arrive ‘in time’, whether this is due to courier error or a delay with Royal Mail, as once your order is despatched we rely entirely on the courier to ensure prompt delivery.
If there is no one available at your specified address, the courier may leave it with your Post Office.
If a non-delivery occurs then a calling card should be left detailing how to request a re-delivery, or alternatively stating a location where you can collect it from.
